We had a dinner party to attend and I made @Masterchef_Aust Gary Mehigan’s Chocolate Marquise but the recipe calls for 240g egg yolks – that’s a lot of egg yolks. I had so many egg whites left over I decided to make some meringues so as not to waste them.
Then @Masterchef_Aust did an episode on a sustainable restaurant Greenhouse. The contestants had to make sure they produced as little waste as possible. The Greenhouse concept is the kind of lifestyle we should all be adopting.
I wonder how many of us are conscious of how much waste we are producing as we make our daily meals.
